Among the artists up for prizes and set to perform at the Sin City-set show, the event will also hand out awards to some of the industry's biggest icons, including Prince (Billboard Icon Award winner) and Madonna (Top Touring Artist winner). The fete will go down at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Sin City, with "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan set to host.
