Jennifer Lopez Buying $10 Million Hamptons Estate

Just a day after news broke that her ex, Marc Anthony, dropped $2.5 million on a 6,000-square-foot Los Angeles-area mansion, Jennifer Lopez has one-upped her former husband, making news for plunking down four times that amount for a whopper of an estate in the Hamptons......A source tells the New York Post that the 43-year-old songstress; her much-younger beau, 24-year-old choreographer Casper Smart; and her 5-year-old twins, Max and Emme, visited the mega-property several times recently, and Lopez has finally decided to take the plunge and buy the property, which is located in Bridgehampton, New York, near Mecox Bay. The Post reports the place previously rented during a three-month summer period for a breathtaking $425,000. It was listed for sale at $9.95 million.
