Lil Wayne kicked off the launch of his new footwear company, SPECTRE by Supra in Miami last weekend. The venue was packed with friends and admirers there to celebrate the award-winning artist’s latest footwear venture. Notable attendees included Bun B, Stevie J, Don Cannon, Mack Maine, skaters Chaz Ortiz, Stevie Williams and Chad Muska, French rappers Booba and Gato and, of course, Lil Wayne and the new Chimera mid top, the first shoe from SPECTRE by SUPRA (release date: May 18). Tattoo artist BJ Betts gave guests complimentary tattoos but the tables were flipped when Lil Wayne tattooed BJ himself! To top off an evening of unexpected moments Lil Wayne announced that Chaz Ortiz would be riding for SPECTRE.
