Christina Aguilera is returning to NBC’s The Voice in the fall and Shakira is leaving after just one season, sources tell Deadline. A judge for the first three seasons of the high-rated singing competition, Aguilera left last year to promote her album Lotus, which came out in November. Cee Lo Green, another of the four original judges on the Mark Burnett-produced Voice along with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, also took a sabbatical to work on his music career.

Christina Aguilera is returning to NBC’s The Voice in the fall and Shakira is leaving after just one season, sources tell Deadline.
